CHICAGO – The Chicago State University baseball team held a toy drive during the month of December to benefit The Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center located at 1250 W. 119
th Street in Chicago.
The baseball team collected over 100 toys to donate to the Kroc Center. All donations, including those by the CSU baseball team, served over 350 families and 750 children at the Kroc Center.
The Cougars open the 2013 season on Feb. 15 at Alabama State.
