CHICAGO, Ill.– The Chicago State University Men's Golf team has officially released its 2025–26 fall schedule, head coach Jean Macon announced today. The Cougars are set to compete in a strong slate of regional and national tournaments as they look to build on momentum from a promising 2024–25 campaign.
"We're excited about the level of competition on this year's schedule," said Coach Macon. "These tournaments will give our student-athletes the chance to test themselves against top programs across the country while preparing us for a strong spring season."
The fall season tees off on
September 13 at the
Mercyhurst Fall Invitational in
North East, Pa., marking the first of several key events for the Cougars. Other highlights include appearances at the
Thomas W. Dortch, Jr. HBCU Golf Classic and the annual
Jim Delapa Collegiate, hosted in
Benton Harbor, Mich., on
September 28.
The team will wrap up the fall portion of the schedule hosting the
Windy City Classic at Harborside Golf Course on
October 5-7.
This season marks another opportunity for the Cougars to showcase their talent and depth, with returners and newcomers alike poised to contribute in a big way.
Last year, CSU saw impressive individual performances and continues to make strides in tournament standings under Coach Macon's leadership.
