December 13
Men's Basketball
vs. Northern Illinois University, 12 p.m., Jones Convocation Center, Chicago
Promotions: Field Trip Game
The Chicago State men's basketball team will have a quick turnaround, playing their second game in three days, welcoming Northern Illinois to the JCC on Monday, Dec. 13 at noon. Chicago State just hosted Illinois State Saturday and Monday's game will be the third and final game of CSU's current three-game home stand. The Redbirds snapped the Cougars modest three-game home streak, which marked the first time since 2018-19 season that CSU had won three straight at home.Â

December 16
Men's Basketball
at IUPUI, 6 p.m., Indiana Farmers Coliseum, Indianapolis, Indiana
The men's basketball team will travel to Indianapolis to face IUPUI Thursday, Dec. 16 at 6 p.m. at Indiana Farmers Coliseum. The Jaguars enter the contest with a 1-8 record, recording its lone win against Spalding University (Ky.). CSU and IUPUI share one common opponent to this point this season. IUPUI lost to Tennessee State 70-44 in Nashville while the Cougars topped the Tigers 59-49 at the JCC.

Women's Basketball
at Green Bay, 7 p.m., Kress Center, Green Bay, Wisconsin
The Chicago State women's basketball team returns to the court for the first time since Dec. 4, a span of 12 days by the time they take the court, and will travel to Green Bay to take on the Phoenix on Thursday, Dec. 6 at 7 p.m. Green Bay enters the contest 5-4 overall with a 2-1 record at home. In their last game, the Phoenix went on the road to Madison and beat Wisconsin 63-53, a feat the Cougars accomplished on Nov. 22 by a count of 71-63 in overtime for CSU's lone win this season.

December 19
Women's Basketball
vs. Evansville, 1 p.m., Jones Convocation Center, Chicago
Promotions: Ugly Sweater Game, Toy Drive
The women's basketball team returns to the JCC for the first time since Dec. 4, hosting Evansville on Sunday, Dec. 19 at 1 p.m. The Aces enter the contest with a 6-3 record and will be coming off an eight-day layoff entering the game, having last played Dec. 11 at home against Morehead State, a 79-49 win. The game will also wrap up non-conference competition for the Cougars who will break for Christmas and return to the court Dec. 30, beginning Western Athletic Conference play at home against Grand Canyon.

Men's Basketball
at Drake, 2 p.m., Knapp Center, Des Moines, Iowa
The Cougars men's basketball team will travel to Des Moines to face Drake on Sunday, Dec. 19 at 2 p.m. at the Knapp Center. The Bulldogs are currently 6-4 and will play Thursday (Dec. 16) at home against Jackson State prior to facing Chicago State. The two teams have faced one common opponent this season as both the Cougars and Bulldogs got by St. Thomas in their respective home arenas, with Drake earning a 74-64 victory and the Cougars topping the Tommies 77-72.

Men's and Women's Basketball Promotional Schedule
The Chicago State University Athletic Department released its 2021-22 promotional schedule for men's and women's basketball games at the Jones Convocation Center.
Also, for the entire month of December, CSU will host a toy drive. The full promotional schedule is available

Join the Chicago State High Five Club
Cougars fans ages and 10 and under can join the men's and women's basketball teams on the court during introductions for a future game by signing up to be a member of the Chicago State High Five Club.
Â
Youth will create a high five tunnel before the Cougars run onto the court and will stand with the Cougars during team introductions and the National Anthem.
