TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Cougars women's golf team posted a 351 in round one at the Indiana State Spring Invitational. The Country Club of Terre Haute is the host for the event on its par-72, 6,055-yard layout on the south side of the city with 13 participating schools totaling an 81 player field.
Indiana State and Bradley share a tied for the lead after posting a score of 301. Marissa Uradomo (ISU) led the way for all individuals with an even par score of 72.

Chicago State rounds out the field for 13th place. Fernanda Valdes Solis (Morelia, Michoacán, Mexico/Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey) did the best on the day for the Cougars, shooting a 9-over par 81 to sit in a tie for 35th. Pia Serrano (San Antonio, Texas/Antonian College Preparatory) followed with a round of 85 to tie for 62nd. Taneka Sandiford (Nassau, Bahamas/St. John's College High School) tallied a score of 90 which is solely at 77th place while TiAnna Ford (Roy, Wash./Yelm) put together a score of 95 to sit at 81st position.
