The Chicago State Cougars concluded play at its season-opening tournament Wednesday at the Wigwam Golf Resort in Litchfield Park, Arizona
Casey MacNeil (Massey, Ontario/Espanola) led the way for the Cougars carding a two-over 74. Freshmen
Pia Serrano (San Antonio, Texas/Antonian College Preparatory) fired a 76, making that her lowest college score to date.
Fernanda Valdes Solis (Morelia, Michoacán, Mexico/Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey) came in with a 76.
Tali Letoi (Lakeside, Calif./El Capitan) also scored a 76.
Taneka Sandiford (Nassau, Bahamas/St. John's College High School) finished with an 85 today.
The Cougars shot their lowest team score of the year with a 14-over 302. Chicago State finished in 14th place out of 21 teams. After entering Wednesday's final round in 19th CSU team jumped 5 positions.
The Cougars will head to Tennessee Tech University/ Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate March 16-17th
