Box Score The Chicago State women's soccer team battled back from a 3-0 deficit with two second-half goals but ultimately dropped a 5-2 decision to Bryant Thursday night at Beirne Stadium in Providence, Rhode Island.
The Bulldogs scored in the 11th, 17th and 34th minute to take a 3-0 lead in the locker room at halftime. Chicago State came out strong in the second half and scored just two minutes in on a goal by

Natalie Martinez then, six minutes later, in the 53rd minute, Daliiisha Spence scored an unassisted goal and the Cougars rallied back to trail 3-2 with about 32 minutes remaining. Bryant then scored a pair of goals, one in the 81st minute and the second in the 87th for the 5-2 final. CSU goalie
Julie Arballo faced 14 shots and was credited with nine saves and she has made 19 saves in the last two games (10 saves at St. Thomas).
The Cougars will close out the season with a pair of home games, November 2 and 3 against Allen University, both games at 6 p.m. at Gwendolyn Brooks College Prep in Chicago.
