Spring dual matches begin on the road at Western Michigan (Jan. 16) before the Cougars host Louisville (Jan. 18) for their home opener. The early stretch also includes a trip to Wisconsin (Jan. 23) and home contests against Northern Illinois (Jan. 25) and UIC (Jan. 29).
The Cougars' February schedule is highlighted by visits to Northwestern (Feb. 1) and Drake (Feb. 20), as well as neutral-site matches against Saint Louis (Feb. 21) and Wisconsin (Feb. 28).

March brings a challenging slate with road matches at Marquette (Mar. 1), Nebraska Omaha (Mar. 7), and Notre Dame (Mar. 8) before returning home to host Xavier (Mar. 21).

Chicago State closes the regular season in April with Northeast Conference Road trips to Wagner (Mar. 27) and FDU (Mar. 29), followed by a three-match weekend in Youngstown, Ohio, against Mercyhurst (Apr. 3), Youngstown State (Apr. 4), and Binghamton (Apr. 4). The Cougars finish the campaign at home against Prairie State (Apr. 11).
