The Cougar Athletic Department is pleased to announce the schedule of competitions for the week of September 22 through September 28. Multiple programs will be in action both at home and on the road, highlighted by early-season tournaments and key NEC conference matchups.
Monday–Tuesday, September 22–23
Men's and Women's Golf
Event: Thomas W. Dortch, Jr. HBCU Golf Classic
Location: Suwanee, Ga.
The men's and women's golf teams will begin the week by participating in the Thomas W. Dortch, Jr. HBCU Golf Classic, a premier event featuring top HBCU programs from across the country.
Thursday, September 25
Women's Soccer vs. Central Connecticut State
Location: Kroc Corps Community Center
Time: 5:00 PM
The women's soccer team returns home to host Central Connecticut State for a NEC conference contest at the Kroc Corps Community Center.
Friday, September 26
Volleyball at LIU
Location: Brooklyn, NY
The volleyball program begins a weekend road series open NEC conference play with a Friday evening match against Long Island University.
Saturday, September 27
Volleyball at LIU
Location: Brooklyn, NY
The Cougars conclude their two-match NEC conference series against LIU with a Saturday contest.
Sunday, September 28
Men's Golf
Event: Jim Delpa Collegiate
Location: Benton Harbor, Mich.
The men's golf team will compete in the Jim Delpa Collegiate, continuing their fall tournament slate against a competitive field.
Women's Soccer at Wagner
Location: Staten Island, NY
Time: 12:00 PM
Women's soccer returns to the road for a Sunday NEC afternoon matchup against Wagner College.
Men's Soccer vs. Stonehill College
Location: Gwendolyn Brooks College Prep
Time: 1:00 PM
The men's soccer team will host Stonehill College to open NEC conference play at Gwendolyn Brooks College Prep.
