Highland Heights, KY - The Chicago State men's tennis team dropped two conference matches to northern Kentucky on Sunday. The Cougars dropped both matches by a 7-0 score.
Chad Valdes and Andrei Rares-Negut continue to be bright spots for the Cougars. At No.1 Valdes gave his competitors good matches, in the first match he fell, 6-2, 7-5. Rares-Negut played a three-setter in the second match falling 4-6, 6-3, 1-0 (8-0)
The Cougars are next in action on March 29 against Youngstown State in Chicago.
