May 3
Men's & Women's Track & Field
at Billy Hayes Invitational, All Day, Haugh Track and Field Complex, Bloomington, Indiana

The Chicago State men's and women's track & field teams are scheduled to compete in the Billy Hayes Invitational hosted by Indiana University on Friday, May 3 at the Haugh Track and Field Complex in Bloomington, Indiana. The field events will begin at 12 p.m. CT with the women's hammer throw and conclude with the men's discus at 6 p.m. CT. The track events begin at 3 p.m. CT with the prelims of the men's 110m hurdles and will conclude at 7:45 p.m. CT with the men's 4x400m relay.


May 4
Women's Tennis
vs. Michigan, 1 p.m., Varsity Tennis Center, Ann Arbor, Michigan

The Chicago State women's tennis team earned the Horizon Conference's automatic bid into the 2024 NCAA Women's Tennis Tournament and was selected to play in the Ann Arbor Regional. The Cougars will face host and No. 3 overall seed Michigan on Saturday, May 4 at 1 p.m. CT at the Varsity Tennis Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The Cougars, who began the season with a 3-9 record, have won seven matches in a row and 13 of their last 14 during this championship run and have posted the second most wins in a season, 16, in the Division I era. The Wolverines are the Big Ten champions, went 11-0 in conference play, have won 18 straight matches and posted a 15-1 record at home.


May 5
Women's Tennis
vs. TBD, 12 p.m., Varsity Tennis Center, Ann Arbor, Michigan

If the Chicago State women's tennis team upsets No. 3 Michigan on Saturday, the Cougars would advance to play the winner of the Ann Arbor Regional's first match, Xavier vs. Notre Dame, on Sunday, May 5 at 12 p.m. at the Varsity Tennis Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Notre Dame (17-9) received an at-large bid from the ACC while Xavier (19-5) defeated DePaul in the Big East Conference final to qualify for the postseason.

Chicago State University sponsors 16 Division I intercollegiate athletic teams and competes in the Northeast Conference (effective July 2024) with the exception of men's and women's tennis who will compete in the Horizon League during the 2024-25 season.
