Box Score Playing their fourth match in two days, the Chicago State men's tennis team lost to Notre Dame 4-0 Saturday afternoon at the Courtney Tennis Center in South Bend, Indiana. The Cougars lost the doubles point with losses at No. 1 and 3 and the Fighting Irish won singles matches at No. 6, 2 and 5, clinching the win with matches at No. 1, 3 and 4 still being contested.
Pedro Alvarez, playing at No. 1 singles, won the first set 6-3 and was trailing in the second, 2-1, when the match clinched the team victory.

The men's tennis team will be back in action Saturday, February 24 welcoming St. Louis to the H-F Racquet and Fitness Club for a scheduled 2 p.m. start.
