The Chicago State men's golf team competed in the Cleveland State Invitational Monday and Tuesday at Pine Hills Golf Club in Hinckley, Ohio. The Cougars placed ninth in the weather-shortened event and was led by
Zack Phelps who placed in a tie for 20th with a two-round 142 (71-71).

The Cougars have two fall competitions remaining on the schedule, competing at the Red Flash Invitational hosted by Saint Francis on Monday and Tuesday, October 7-8 then will conclude the fall season Oct. 14-15 at The Buddy hosted by Murray State.
