Box Score The Chicago State women's tennis team earned their third consecutive victory with a 4-2 victory of the University of Nebraska Omaha Saturday at the H-F Racquet and Fitness Club in Homewood. The Cougars dropped the doubles point but came back to win four singles matches, getting wins from
Kristina Pukhaeva at No. 3,
Sofiya Sedovich at No. 4,
Ethel Li at No. 5 and Manuella Eloundou-Ng at No. 6 for the team victory.
"I was pretty upset with them after doubles because they came with low energy," head coach
Jack Barton said. "I reminded them that they could learn from yesterdays success, but they can't live on it. They were fired up to start singles and they played some fantastic tennis against a tough Omaha team. The bottom of our singles line up was the foundation of our success today."
