CHARLESTON, Ill. – Chicago State men's basketball suffered a sizable setback as the Cougars fell 98-34 to in-state foe Eastern Illinois, Tuesday, Nov. 12 inside Lantz Arena.
CSU
- Andrew Lewis (Milwaukee, Wis./Milwaukee Vincent H.S.) led the Cougars, scoring nearly half of the CSU points, with 14 while collecting three rebounds and two assists.
- Solomon Hunt (Pomona, Calif./Upland H.S.) trailed Lewis with six points and three boards.
- Ke'Sean Davis (Compton, Calif./Taft Charter H.S.) led CSU on the boards with five rebounds, while Jace Colley (Preston, Nova Scotia, Canada/Toronto Basketball Academy) collected three blocks.
EIU
- Deang led the Panthers with 21 points while Dixon (15), Johnson (14), Smith (13), and Skipper-Brown (11) all finished in double-figures.
- Skipper-Brown finished with a game-best 11 rebounds, as Dixon dished a team-best five dimes and collected three steals.
