SCOUTING UWM: Milwaukee brings an 8-3 season record into Thursday's game after having its eight-game winning streak snapped at home last Sunday via an 83-68 loss to Marquette at the Klotsche Center. The Panthers have three players that are producing double figure scoring averages with Steph Kostowicz leading the way. Kostowicz is averaging 16.5 points, 8.2 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 2.0 blocked shots and 1.2 steals per game while shooting 60 percent from the field. Jenny Lindner (12.6 ppg) and Bailey Farley (10.5 ppg) round out the trio for UWM.

SERIES HISTORY: Chicago State and Milwaukee will meet on the hardwood for the 21st time with UWM holding an 18-2 margin in the series. The Panthers recorded a 71-49 victory over the Green and White in Milwaukee on Dec. 14, 2016 despite CSU having four players score in double figures. Kaylee Allen led all scorers with 15 points.

WAC LEADER: Mata Boix leads the Western Athletic Conference in blocked shots and offensive rebounds (3.8) per game while ranking second in rebounds, field-goal percentage and steals per game.

THE FRESHMAN 20: Bowers recorded her second 20-point contest of the season last Friday at Wichita State while shooting 11-of-22 from the field to set a new season scoring high. She tallied 23 points on Nov. 18 versus Jackson State in CSU's homecoming game.
