- Why Chicago State? “After talking to Coach Banks, I really felt that he can help me to get to the next level. I want to become a professional soccer player, and I think we have the potential to make history at Chicago State. Everyone can come to an existing team and perform well, but being a part of something completely new is way more difficult. But if you win the WAC in the first year, everyone will ask: “WHO ARE THEY?” I want to make history and I want to be a part of it.”
