2007-08: Competed in 28 games and started 10 contests… averaged 6.9 points per game and ranked second on the team with 5.5 rebounds per contest… also recorded 23 assists, 16 steals and six assists on the year… tallied a career high 19 points at Alabama (1/4), while shooting 75 percent from the field… posted 12 rebounds against Utah Valley (2/9) and Cal State Northridge (1/22)… also played a career-best 42 minutes at UVU… recorded four steals at Eastern Michigan (1/2) and four assists at Texas-Pan American (2/2), both career highs.
Kennedy-King College: Played two years at Kennedy-King College in Chicago and was coached by Garland Dildy… helped the Statesmen to a 48-17 record during his two seasons… helped the Statesmen post 28-6 record, a No. 16 ranking in the NJCAA Division I poll and a runner-up finish in the NJCAA Region IV tournament in 2006-07… averaged 3.3 points and 3.5 rebounds a game and shot 73 percent from the free throw line as a sophomore.
Prep: Captured All-Public League Red-East and All-City honors as a senior at Kenwood Academy where he was coached by John Green… finished second in the Public League Player of the Year voting… led Kenwood with 18.6 points and eight rebounds per contest in final prep season… competed in the 2005 IHSA Class AA slam dunk competition in Peoria, Ill.
