OMAHA, Neb. - Chicago State University (0-14) lost to Omaha (7-6) 7-0 on Friday. Omaha swept all six singles matches and secured the doubles point with wins at the No. 1 and No. 3 positions.

Karolina Skowronska 6-0 at No. 1 doubles, while Corinne Barber and Grace Greenwald claimed a 6-0 win over Nadjemma Morille and
Nikita Liyanage at No. 3 doubles. The No. 2 doubles match, featuring
Camila Sanchez and
Danina Hughes against Khayli Buckels and Summer Shannon, was left unfinished with a score of 3-2 in favor of the Cougars.
In singles, Omaha continued its dominance. At No. 1 singles, Khayli Buckels emerged victorious over
Karolina Skowronska with a tight 6-4, 7-6(2) win. Omaha's Nina Wiese added another point at No. 2 singles, overcoming
Camila Sanchez in a three-set battle, 3-6, 6-4, 11-9. Katelynn Kock delivered a straight-sets win at No. 3 singles, defeating
Mackenzie King 6-1, 6-2.
The momentum stayed with Omaha as Jacqueline Pearsall defeated
Nikita Liyanage 6-1, 6-3 at No. 4 singles. Shelby Smith secured a win for Omaha at No. 5 singles against
Danina Hughes, 6-2, 6-2. Finally, Summer Shannon completed the sweep at No. 6 singles, besting Nadjemma Morille 6-0, 6-1.
