Amina Taibi earned a pair of singles victories and Taibi teamed with
Katarina Dukic to win at No. 3 doubles but it wasn't enough as the Chicago State women's tennis team lost to Youngstown State 5-2 Saturday at H-F Racquet and Fitness in Homewood.
"Today wasn't our day," head coach
Jack Barton said. "YSU played very well when they needed to. It was a matter of discipline on all of our courts. We stayed in the fight and it wasn't that we were not confident, we were careless. So now we have to refocus for tomorrow because it will be another tough match."
