Four Cougars Score in Double Figures in Men's Basketball Loss at St. Thomas

Box Score St. Thomas used an early 16-0 run while Chicago State shot just 23 percent in the first 20 minutes en route to a 98-76 loss at St. Thomas Monday night at Schoenecker Arena in St. Paul, Minnesota.

The Cougars overcame their cold start from the field in the second half, shooting 50 percent, including 8-of-19 from beyond the three-point arc but couldn't cut into the early deficit. Four Cougars players scored in double figures led by Troy McKoy with 15, followed by Matthew Robinson with 13, Saxby Sunderland with 12 and Noble Crawford with 10. Cam Jernigan led all players with nine rebounds. 

The next action for the Cougars will be a trip to St. Louis, Missouri to face St. Louis on Sunday, December 8, at 2 p.m. at Chaifez Arena.
