Box Score The Wisconsin Badgers jumped out to 7-0 and 12-2 leads but the Cougars rallied and trailed by just seven at the half en route to a 74-53 CSU loss at Wisconsin Saturday afternoon at the Kohl Center in Madison.
The Cougars closed to within five following the opening possession of the second half but a 17-3 Badgers run left Chicago State facing a double-digit deficit for the remainder of the game. Nine Cougars players scored during the contest, led by
Jalen Forrest with 10 with
Greg Spate and
Noble Crawford each contributing eight.
The Cougars will be back in action Monday, December 2 at 7 p.m., traveling to St. Paul, Minnesota to face St. Thomas at Schoenecker Arena.
