Chicago State Women’s Soccer Earn First NEC Point with 1-1 Draw Against Le Moyne

Box Score The Chicago State women's soccer team played to a 1-1 draw against Le Moyne College Sunday afternoon at Gwendolyn Brooks College Prep in Chicago and, with the tie, earned their first point in Northeast Conference competition.

The teams played to a scoreless draw for the first 71 minutes before the Cougars broke through the Le Moyne defense and Delaney Kenney set up Barbara Castellanos who got a shot past the Dolphins goal keeper and CSU had a 1-0 lead.
