Jahsean Corbett Leads All Scorers with 20 Points in 72-53 Loss at Oklahoma State

Box Score The Oklahoma State Cowboys capitalized on an early 22-2 run to cruise past Chicago State 72-53 in men's basketball Wednesday night at Gallagher-Iba Arena in Stillwater, Oklahoma. The Cougars, playing their second Big 12 opponent on the road in less than 24 hours, fell behind 24-6 at the outset and made 9-of-34 first-half shots (26.5 percent) and trailed by 18 at the half, 43-25. Chicago State trailed by as many as 25 in the second half but cut the deficit to 15 following a modest 11-1 run but couldn't close the gap further in the 19-point loss.

Jahsean Corbett led the Cougars in scoring for the fourth time this season and was the only CSU player in double figures with 20. He also led the Cougars with seven rebounds. 

The Cougars will play their sixth of eight consecutive road games Sunday, January 7 at UTEP at the Don Haskins Center in El Paso, Texas at 3 p.m.
