Box Score The Chicago State women's soccer team lost to Toledo 4-0 Sunday afternoon at Paul Holmer Field in Toledo.
The teams played to 0-0 tie though the first 30 minutes of the contest when Toledo broke through with a goal in the 31st minute to take a 1-0 lead which they took into the locker room at halftime.
Toledo continued the offensive pressure in the second half and broke through for three tallies and held a 21-2 advantage shots and 12-0 in shots on goal. The Cougars
Julie Arballo was credited with seven saves in the contest.
The Cougars will be back in action Sunday, September 24, traveling to Huntsville, Alabama to face Alabama A&M at 10 a.m. at the Bulldog Soccer Field. The Bulldogs enter the week with an 0-7 record and will play at Howard Thursday before hosting the Cougars Sunday.
