CHICAGO STATE UNIVERSITY LAUNCHES NFT COLLECTIBLES WITH BANDWAGONFANCLUB, INC.

BandwagonFanClub, Inc. to provide Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) for CSU fans.

CHICAGO – Chicago State University's Athletic Department announced today (Nov. 3) they are teaming up with BandwagonFanClub, Inc. to provide Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) for CSU fans.

BangwagonFanClub, Inc. is creating three types of NFTs for CSU, all based on fan activity. Activity-based NFTs will be available for fans by participating in CSU Midnight Madness, collecting an overall Cougar Pride NFT, and purchasing season tickets for the basketball season.

Each NFT requires the fan to engage in an event to have access to the drop. Using cutting-edge technology, like non-fungible tokens, will create buzz among Cougar fans. Limited Edition NFTs will all be dropped of CSU's men's and women's basketball teams. Ownership of a limited edition NFT will provide fans an opportunity to engage with the athletes off the court. CSU's Athletic Department is taking an innovative step to increase fan engagement and boost ticket sales.

"Chicago State continues to demonstrate our commitment to innovation through our venture with BandwagonFanClub," said Chicago State Director of Intercollegiate Athletics, Elliott Charles. "Harold Hughes and his team represent the visionary and entrepreneurial spirit that will cultivate a fresh and new take on the Chicago State Cougars fan experience. Our goal is to capture the excitement that we have surrounding our student-athletes, current and former, and their incredible achievements."

BandwagonFanClub, Inc. is a Greenville, South Carolina-based company emerging into the NFT space. Harold Hughes, CEO, takes a novel approach to the universal value of non-fungible tokens in that their utilization brings fans together. Harold says, "Our Proof of Experience blockchain connects fans with their favorite artists, athletes, teams, and entertainers in a way that truly creates community."

Markets for NFTs are on the rise, and BandwagonFanClub, Inc. is the company to watch.

Look out for the next drop of NFTs for all who purchase season tickets. Each NFT will have a unique experience linked for every fan who owns it. Find out more by purchasing your CSU season tickets HERE.
