Scouting the Cougars: The Green and White enter Thursday's showdown at Valpo with a 1-11 season record after dropping a pair of contests last week at Butler (0-10) and at home against Indiana State (2-6). Sophomore midfielder Mariela Alba (Hanover Park, Ill./Bartlett) and freshman forward Jensyn Stanberry (Grand Haven, Mich./Fruitport) are tied for the team's scoring lead with each player producing five points on two goals and an assist. Junior forwards Cory Griffith and Sydney Griffin are tied for the team lead in goal (four) and points (10) while senior defender Grace Rogers and redshirt sophomore defender Natalia Kontul share the team's assist lead with three assists apiece. Junior goalkeeper Drew Moulton has notched a 4-1 record with 23 saves and three shutout wins in addition to winning two MVC Defensive Player of the Week awards this season.
