This Week: The Chicago State women's soccer team concludes the 2017 regular season in the state of Missouri tomorrow morning with a live WAC Digital Network broadcast against host UMKC at Durwood Soccer Stadium beginning at 11 a.m.
Scouting the Cougars: Chicago State heads into its season finale sporting a 1-15 season record with a 0-6 mark against conference opponents. The Cougars dropped a pair of 3-0 decisions on the road last week to Utah Valley and WAC regular-season champion Seattle. CSU is led in scoring by freshman midfielder
Mariela Alba (Hanover Park, Ill./Bartlett) as she has posted seven points on three goals and an assist, while freshman midfielder
Taylor Rankin (Dearborn, Mich./Ford) is second on the team with five points on two goals and an assist. Sophomore midfielder

Madison Berg (Coatesville, ind./Cascade) are tied for the team lead in assists with two. Junior goalkeeper
Gabby Klemp (Muskegon, Mich./Reeths-Puffer) has produced a team-best .636 save percentage and sophomore goalkeeper
Audra Wisehart (Sandusky, Ohio/Huron) is the team's saves leader with 94.
Scouting the 'Roos: After having a three-game unbeaten streak snapped last weekend, UMKC heads into Saturday's battle with CSU holding a 5-9-4 record on the season that includes a 2-2-2 mark against WAC opposition. The 'Roos fell to Seattle (1-3) and Utah Valley (2-6) in their final road contests, but it still holds the fifth spot in the conference standings. Sophomore forward Kelsey Mothershead leads UMKC with 13 points on six goals and an assist on the year and Niekie Pellens holds the team lead in assists at four. Sophomore goalie Anna Lillig has recorded a .714 save percentage and a 1.61 goal against average to go along with four shutouts and 65 saves.
WAC Leader: Wisehart
looks to finish atop the WAC standings in saves and saves per game for the second consecutive year as she has produced 94 saves with an average of 6.27 stops per contest to rank first in both categories heading into the UMKC game.
