Cougars Open Three-Game Road Swing by Dropping 3-0 Decision at Utah Valley

OREM, Utah – Chicago State women's soccer opened a season ending three-game road swing here tonight with a 3-0 defeat to Utah Valley in a Western Athletic Conference contest at Clyde Field.

The Wolverines (8-6-2, 2-2-1) recorded goals in the fifth and 25th minutes in the first half to take a 2-0 lead that they kept at halftime. In the second half, UVU scored its final goal of the game in the 46th minute.

Sophomore Audra Wisehart (Sandusky, Ohio/Huron) tallied a game-leading 10 saves for CSU (1-14, 0-5).

The Cougars travel to Seattle on Saturday night for a WAC showdown against conference-leading Seattle U in a WAC Digital Network broadcast with a start time of 9 p.m.
