CHICAGO – The Chicago State University women's soccer team continued its four-game homestand this afternoon against visiting Cleveland State at the Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Stadium. The Vikings earned a 6-0 victory after recording three scores in both halves of play.
"I felt we had some scoring chances at times throughout the game, but at this level we still have to play competitively for 90 minutes in order to be successful," CSU head coach
Tony Tommasi said after the game.
The Cougars return to action on Friday, Sept. 5 with a home contest against Green Bay at Kroc Stadium with a start time of 3:30 p.m.
