Whitley Bradley was named Associate Athletics Director for Student-Athlete Success on August 1, 2023. She joins the Cougars after spending the past three years at Texas A&M University, initially serving as Scholastic Supervisor (2020-22) before moving to the role of Student-Athlete Engagement Coordinator of Leadership and Personal Development (2022-23).
Bradley will direct and oversee all academic units for all 15 Cougars athletic programs.
She previously served as an academic specialist at Prairie View A&M University (2017-20) where she interned for one year (2016-17) before moving into a full-time role.
Bradley was a four-year letter winner in volleyball as an outside hitter and defensive specialist at Virginia State University before moving into coaching as the assistant coach at The Collegiate School in Richmond, Va.
A native of Cibolo, Texas, Bradley earned a B.S in Health, Physical Education from Virginia State University in 2014 and an M.S. in Sport Management from Texas A&M in 2017.
