Charles Bell, MD, CAQSM is a Family Medicine and Sports Medicine physician with Advocate Health at Sykes Outpatient Center on Chicago's south side. Dr. Bell serves as the Lead Team Physician for Chicago State University Athletics under the exclusive Advocate Health partnership. His clinical focus includes musculoskeletal injury evaluation and management, concussion assessment and return to play, ultrasound-guided procedures, athlete health and performance optimization, and primary care for active individuals across all levels of sport. A Chicago native, Dr. Bell is committed to delivering elite-level sports medicine care to the CSU Cougars community and the broader south side of Chicago.
