Cross Country
2013: Ran a personal best of 22:04.8 at the WAC Championships (Nov. 2) in Seattle, Wash…finished in 26:37.7 at the NCAA Midwest Regional in Ames, Iowa (Nov. 15).

2012: Ran 14:34 in UIC Home Opener (Sept. 1)...ran 23:13 in Ill. I-Championships 5K (Sept. 14)...ran 23:22.30 in the Parkside Rosa Invitational (Oct. 6).

Track and Field
2014: Finished fourth in the 800 meters (2:34.76) and fourth in the high jump (1.36 meters) at the Windy City rumble (Feb. 8)…finished sixth in the 800 meters (2:31.88) at the Western Athletic Conference Indoor Championships (Feb. 26-28)…took fifth in the 800 meters (2:33.24) and seventh in the long jump (4.46 meters) at the Titan Open (Feb. 1)…delivered an eighth place finish in the 400 meters (1:05.09) at the Grand Valley State Bob Eubanks Open (Jan. 10-11)…sixth in the 4x400 relay (4:01.11) at the Gateway Invite (April 19).

2013: Took second in the 800 meters (2:37.68) at the Chicagoland Outdoor Championships (April 4-6)…took fourth in the 4x400 relay (4:06.81) at the Chicagoland Indoor Championships (Feb. 8-9)…recorded third place performances in the 200 meters (27.04) and 800 meters (2:33.90) at the Great West Outdoor Championships (May 3-5)…in the finished sixth in the javelin (17.34 meters) and eighth in the 200 meters (27.56) at the Gateway Invite (April 20).
