2013: Placed first in shot put and weight throw with throws of 12.93 and 15.21 meters, respectively, at Illinois Wesleyan University Titan Open (Jan. 26)…second in weight throw at Chicagoland Indoor Championships with a throw of 14.73 (Feb. 8)…placed second in shot put and third in weight throw with throws of 12.11 and 14.49, respectively, at Panther Tune Up (Feb. 15)…placed fourth in shot put and weight throw at Great West Indoor Conference Championships with throws of 12.88 and 14.71, respectively (Feb. 23-24)…placed second in shot put and discus and fourth in hammer throw at Beloit Relays (April 26-27)…scored 21 team points by placing second in discus, third in shot put, fourth in hammer throw, and seventh in javelin at Great West Conference Outdoor Conference Championships (May 3-5).

2012: Placed second in shot put at Eastern Illinois John Craft Invitational with a throw of 13.42 meters (Jan. 21)…placed first in shot put at Chicagoland Indoor Championships with a throw of 13.20 (Feb. 10)…placed 2^nd in shot put at UW-Milwaukee Panther Tune Up with a throw of 13.49 (Feb. 17)…won the Great West Indoor Conference Shot Put Title with a personal best throw of 13.49 (Feb. 25-26)…finished second in shot put at Chicagoland Outdoor Championships with a throw of 13.28 (April 6)…second in shot put at DePaul Invitational with a throw of 11.77 (April 20)…placed fifth in discus and fourth in shot put at the Great West Conference Outdoor Championships (May 10-12).

2011: Placed third in shot put with a throw of 13.29 meters at the Eastern Illinois Mega Meet (Jan. 22)…placed second in shot put in Chicago Duals meet at University of Chicago with a throw of 12.96 (Jan. 29)…won the shot put with a throw of 12.94 at Panther Tune Up (Feb. 18)…placed third in shot put at Great West Indoor Conference Championships with a throw of 12.72 (Feb. 27-28)…placed second and third in discus and javelin, respectively, at Wisconsin Twilight Invitational (May 7)…placed third in the discus (43.71) and second in the shot put (13.25) at the Great West Conference Outdoor Championships (May 12-14).

Prep: Broke Hopewell High School shot put and discus record…class 4A All-Conference and state shot put champion as a sophomore…conference discus champion and shot put runner up as a junior…conference shot put and discus champion as a senior…qualified for New Balance Nationals.
