2015: Recorded a personal-best 6K time of 27:25.9 at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships (11/13)… notched a three-mile PR time at the Bradley Intercollegiate (9/11) at 21:55.4… finished 54 th at the WAC Championships (10/31) with a time of 23:12.7… earned CSU Scholar-Athlete accolades.
2014: Completed the three-mile course at the Bradley Intercollegiate (9/12) with a time of 22:19.7… posted a time of 23:07.7 at the WAC Championships (11/1) for a 53rd-place finish… received CSU Scholar-Athlete and Academic All-WAC recognition.
2013: Ran a season-best time of 22:54.8 at the WAC Championships (11/ 2)… finished 26th at the South Dakota Tim Young Invite (10/19) with a time of 22:59.2… named a CSU Scholar-Athlete.
Prep: Competed in cross country at Harlan… participated in several events in track and field (200-meter dash, 400-meter dash, 800-meter run, 4x200-meter relay and 4x400-meter relay) for the Falcons… also competed in basketball and tennis… helped the HCA basketball team win an IHSA regional title as a senior… member of the school’s National Honor Society and was an honor roll student at Harlan.
Personal: Daughter of Dennis and Anna Hampton…majoring in business management.
