Emir Hamzic joined the Cougars men’s and women’s tennis teams as a volunteer assistant coach on Jan., 15, 2022. In his role at CSU, Hamzic will assist with practices and match coaching.

Hamzic currently serves as director of high performance tennis at Lakeshore Sport & Fitness and also works as an academy and travel coach where he works with ITF, WTA, ATP & NCAA tennis
players and has worked alongside renowned tennis coach Nick Bollettieri. 

Hamzic played tennis at Brookdale Community College in Lincroft, NJ, where he teamed with Jacob Evans to earn a national title at No. 2 doubles at the 2017 NJCAA Division III Men’s Nationals.

Hamzic graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Kean University.
