Charlie Latshaw joins Chicago State for his first season as assistant coach after previously coaching at both Ancilla College in Donaldson, Indiana and Holy Cross College of Notre Dame, in Notre Dame, Indiana.

Latshaw currently serves as the Technical Director at Liverpool International Academy in Illinois. Prior to his time with Liverpool, Latshaw spent seven years at Sockers FC Chicago and at the MLS NEXT Academy in Palatine, Illinois, where he served as a head coach both in the Boys and Girls Development Academy.

Previous coaching stops also include his role as the technical director for the Junior Irish Soccer Club in South Bend, Indiana, as well as a staff coach at the Cary Soccer Association in Cary, Illinois. 

Latshaw graduated from Kentucky Wesleyan College  in 2010, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management.

Latshaw currently resides in Palatine, Illinois, where in his free time he enjoys cooking and taking care of his plants.
