Favorite sports memory? Qualifying for state my junior year of high school. I switched to running the 800 last minute and ended up qualifying for state with my best friend.

Other personal athletic highlights: Being able to switch sports so often in high school and excel. (Winning regionals my 2nd year of tennis, qualifying for state in my first seasons of track and XC.)

Why did you choose Chicago State? Chicago State fit the major best and I loved both the track and cross-country team, as well as the highly motivated coaching staff.

What or who motivates you to work hard? My future motivates me to work hard. I want to set myself up for a life of success.
