Ticket Office Policies

Ticket Office Hours & Locations

  • Tuesday–Friday: 12 PM – 5 PM
  • Closed on University holidays and weekends (unless otherwise noted)

Hours are subject to change based on event schedules and University operations.

Ticket Sales & Distribution

  • Tickets may be purchased online or in person.
  • All sales are first-come, first-served, subject to availability.
  • Tickets are valid only for the event, date, and seat listed.
  • Unauthorized duplication, resale, or transfer of tickets is prohibited.

Will Call & Gate Opening Times

  • Will Call opens 90 minutes prior to game time.
  • Stadium gates open 60 minutes prior to kickoff.
  • Will Call tickets must be picked up by the purchaser with valid photo ID.
  • Tickets will not be released to unauthorized individuals without prior approval.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • All ticket sales are final.
  • No refunds or exchanges due to personal circumstances or failure to attend.
  • Refunds or exchanges may be issued only if:
    • The event is canceled with no rescheduled date
    • Approved University exceptions apply

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Tickets

  • The Ticket Office is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
  • Replacement tickets may be issued after verification of purchase.
  • Digital tickets should be stored securely and protected from unauthorized use.

Seating & Admission Policies

  • Seating is assigned based on ticket type and availability.
  • Guests must sit in the seat listed on their ticket.
  • Standing in aisles or obstructing walkways is prohibited.
  • Children ages 3+ require a ticket unless otherwise stated.

Wheelchair & Accessible Seating Policy

(SeatGeek Stadium accessibility standards)

  • Accessible seating and companion seating are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Guests requiring accessible seating should notify the Ticket Office at purchase.
  • Accessible seating cannot be altered or exchanged on game day unless approved by stadium management.
  • Guests must comply with all stadium entry and security policies.

Complimentary Tickets

  • Distributed at the discretion of the CSU Athletics Compliance Office.
  • Have no cash value and may not be sold or transferred.
  • Misuse may result in loss of ticket privileges.

Ticket Scanning & Attendance Tracking

  • All tickets must be scanned for entry.
  • Manual counting may occur if technical issues arise.
  • Re-entry policies vary by venue and event.

Prohibited Conduct & Ticket Revocation

Chicago State University reserves the right to refuse admission or revoke tickets for:

  • Disorderly or disruptive behavior
  • Violation of venue or University policies
  • Use of counterfeit or altered tickets
  • Failure to comply with staff or security instructions

No refunds will be issued if admission is denied due to policy violations.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What time does Will Call open?

A: Will Call Window (General, Player Guest, and Visiting Team) open 90 minutes prior to Kickoff.  

Q: What time do the stadium gates open?

A: Stadium gates open 60 minutes (1 hour) prior to kickoff. 

Q: What is the ticket transfer policy?

A: Tickets may be transferred electronically by using mobile ticketing platform. Unauthorized duplication, resale, or transfer of tickets is prohibited. Chicago State University Athletics is not responsible for tickets obtained through unauthorized sellers.

Q: When will single-game tickets go on sale?

A: Single-game tickets go on sale July 1 and may be purchased online through the official Chicago State Athletics ticketing website or in person at designated ticket office location.

Q: Does my child need a ticket?

A: Children aged three (3) and older are required to have a ticket. Children under the age of 3 may enter without a ticket must be seated on a parent or guardian’s lap

Q: How do I obtain a wheelchair-accessible ticket?

A: Wheelchair-accessible seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests requiring accessible seating are encouraged to notify the Ticket Office at the time of purchase. Companion seating is available adjacent to wheelchair locations, subject to availability. 

Q: What is the difference between bleacher seating and chairback seating?

Bleacher Seating: Bench-style seating without a seatback, typically located in designated general seating areas. 
Chairback Seating: Individual seats with backs, offering added comfort and typically located in reserved seating sections.

Q: Why is the system prompting me to buy two tickets instead of one?

A: In some cases, purchasing a single ticket would leave an isolated open seat in the row. To avoid this, the system may require the purchase of two seats together. 

Q: Why can’t I leave a single seat open?

A: To ensure efficient seating and availability for all fans, the ticketing system does not allow single seats to be left open by themselves in a row. 

Q: Are aisle seats or specific seat locations guaranteed?

A: While you may select a seating section, specific seat locations such as aisle seats are subject to availability at the time of purchase. 

Q: Are tickets refundable or exchangeable?

A: All ticket sales are final!
