2016: Started 51 games at shortstop while scoring 20 runs, driving in 14 RBIs and hitting six doubles on the year… led the team with 138 defensive assists which ranked him ninth in the Western Athletic Conference… batted 2-for-3 with two runs batted in and walked twice at New Mexico State (3/24)… twice posted five at-bats versus Otterbein (2/26) and Valparaiso (4/20)… tallied seven putouts against North Dakota (5/7)… recorded two stolen bases versus Utah Valley (5/20).

2015: Played and started in 17 games at shortstop before missing the remainder of the season due to injury… finished with nine runs batted in, eight hits and scored seven runs… hit 3-of-4 with a double and drove in two runs at Illinois (3/10)… tallied two hits, two runs scored and two RBI with a home run at Charleston Southern (2/14… posted seven defensive assists versus Omaha (2/21).

2014: Played and started in all 54 games at shortstop…led the team in batting average (.328) and hit by pitched (nine)…ranked second on the team in slugging percentage (.402), on base percentage (.416), doubles (14) and stolen bases (15)…totaled four hits and four runs scored with an RBI and a stolen base at New Mexico State (5/17)…added four hits and three runs scored with a walk at New Mexico State (5/15)…scored three times, knocked in two runs on two doubles and a single at UIC (4/9)…recorded three hits, two runs and an RBI vs. UIC (3/19)…totaled three hits and two runs scored vs. North Dakota (4/18)…finished with three hits, two RBI and a run scored vs. Northern Colorado (5/9)…recorded three hits, two RBI and a walk at New Mexico State (5/16)…scored three times vs. Southern Miss (2/15)…added three RBI thanks to two doubles while scoring once at Northwestern State (3/7).

2013: Played and started in all 55 games at shortstop…led the team in runs (27) and stolen bases (15)…had five multi-hit games, four multi-RBI games and six multi-run games…recorded two runs, two hits, two RBI and a stolen base vs. Northern Colorado (4/7)…scored three runs vs. NYIT (4/21) and at NJIT (5/4)…had two stolen bases and two singles at North Dakota (5/18).

Prep: As a senior at Gordon Tech, hit .378 with 15 RBI, 22 stolen bases and two home runs…helped GT to captured IHSA regional and sectional championships as a senior…as a junior, was named Chicago Catholic League First Team All-Conference…also named CCL Offensive Player of the Year Runner up in football…named Second Team All-State in football as a senior… teammate of current CSU player Noe Arteaga… academically, earned CCL First Team Honors as a junior and senior.

Personal: Son of Dennis Russell and Kristen Dickinson… majoring in accounting.
