2014: Finished third in the 100 meters (12.13) and second in the 4x100 relay (48.34) at the Chicagoland Outdoor Championships (April 10-12)…earned fifth in the 200 meters (27.25) and the 60 meters (8.13) at the Titan Open (Feb. 1)…helped the Cougars finish fifth in the 4x100 relay (47.68) at the Gateway Invite (April 19).

2013: Placed sixth in the 200 meter dash with a time of 26.91 and helped 4x4 team to a fourth place finish at Chicagoland Indoor Championships (Feb. 8)…placed fourth in the 60 meter dash at Panther Tune Up with a time of 8.38 (Feb. 15)…part of fourth place 4x4 team at Great West Conference Indoor Championships (Feb. 23-24)…placed fourth in 200 meter dash with a time of 26.75 at Wisconsin NCAA qualifier (March 1)…helped 4x100 team to second place finish at Lee Calhoun Memorial Invitational in Macomb, Ill. (April 11-13).

Prep: Received Victrix Ludurm award for athletics for winning 100, 200, long jump, and high jump at schools sports day…broke 100, 200, and 400 meter Heritage High School records her junior year…received Victrix Ludurm Shield and was awarded second runner-up for Sportswoman of the Year her senior year.

Personal: Daughter of Forbes and Emily Chitava...pre-physical therapy major.
