Tali Letoi (Lakeside, Calif./El Capitan) set her career-low after shooting a 75 in round one of the IPFW Spring Classic at the Chestnut Hills Golf Course on Sunday afternoon (April 6).
Letoi's previous career-low was an 81, last reached at the Saluki Invitational (March 30). Currently, she's in a tie for ninth place among the 66 competitors in the field.

Brooke Melvin (Temecula, Calif./Great Oak) and freshman
Fernanda Valdes Solis (Morelia, Michoacán/Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey) tallied a 78 for the Cougars. Sophomore
Lorelle Weavers (Burlington, Ont./Lester B Pearson) totaled an 81 while sophomore
Casey MacNeil (Massey, Ont./Espanola) posted an 83.
Indianapolis and Ferris State's 300 team scores lead the 12-team competition. CSU is 12 shots back of the leaders with a score of 312. Ferris State's Ashley Swanson and Youngstown State's Aislynn Merling each scored an even-par 72 which puts them on top of the leaderboard.
The final round of the IPFW Spring Classic will take place tomorrow (April 7) with a shotgun start at 10:00 a.m.
