CHICAGO - Chicago State baseball's weekend series opener against Urbana tonight at Gwendolyn Brooks Field has been cancelled due to unplayable field conditions stemming from rainy weather that hit the Chicagoland area last night and early this morning.
The series will now start tomorrow afternoon at Brooks Field with a doubleheader between the Cougars and Blue Knights beginning at 12 Noon. The twinbill will be broadcast live on the internet at
www.gocsucougars.com by clicking on the CSU SportsNet Radio Broadcast link on the left side of the website.
Following tomorrow's games, both teams will play another doubleheader on Sunday morning starting at 10 a.m.
